Please don’t enter prior to your start time. Clients have a ten-minute grace period after their booking ends. If a client goes past the ten-minute mark, they will be charged overtime at a rate of time and a half (1.5x) in 30-minute increments. Adding extra time before the start of the session is possible at the regular straight-time rate.

Please don’t step on the curve of our cyc wall. It’s made of plywood and will break. We also ask that photographers and crew wear booties (available at the studio) before stepping on the cyc.

Smoking or consuming alcohol is not allowed in our space.

Moving furniture is not allowed. If you need to move any furniture, please give us a call at (917) 549-2170 or (718) 755-6915.

Do not enter the blocked-off back area. You can reach out to us if you need to add equipment to your booking.

Do not empty or remove any items from the fridges in the space. If you need to store food or beverages in the fridge, please let us know before the start of your session.

Let us know in advance if animals or children will be present in the space. We won’t be able to accommodate either unless arrangements are made in advance.
